I’m Mallory! I grew up in a small town in south Georgia. I went to high school there, moved out, moved back, moved out again, moved back, and everything in between. I worked as a barista for six years before I discovered a love for reading and escapism and left to be a part time bookseller at an indie bookstore. I also use my two college degrees in business and marketing to work part time in digital marketing.

how i describe myself

when describing myself on a resume, i usually say organized, outgoing, i take initiative, and i utilize my creative thinking. to my friends, i say i’m messy, a natural-born hater but also somehow a lover, a comical coper, a huge empath, and always late. i usually lead with “dog mom, bookseller, and creative”

how my boyfriend describes me

hayden sent me the longest, sweetest message for this. he used the most lovely words like tender-hearted, enthusiastic, vibrant, compassionate, dedicated, and beautiful. he thinks my values reflect unity and care, and that is such a compliment. he took this so seriously and gave me such a heartfelt response, i feel the need to include the whole message at the bottom ❤

putting morgan’s favorite person in the world on my resume. she says i’m caring and kind, kyndall thinks i’m bubbly, empathetic, generous, self-assured, fun, easy-going, artsy, caring, and passionate. bella called me kind, caring, passionate, bubbly, and “animal queen” lollll.

My little family and I ❤ just wanted to give a special shoutout to Hayden, who always supports me, stays up late with me while I write, brings me coffee to work, reads me like a book, and knows me inside and out. I love you so much, there is no me without you.
